Job Purpose
The Payroll Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of payroll processing operations within the enterprise. This role involves establishing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure accurate calculation of wages, tax withholdings, and company deductions. The Payroll Manager serves as a liaison between the finance and human resource departments, providing accurate and timely information. Additionally, this role involves developing and producing payroll-related statistical reports, ensuring compliance with governmental regulations, and overseeing the activities and training of payroll professionals and support staff.
